Free cancellation for your memberships at any time! As long as you cancel before your next membership renewal/billing date.

No experience is needed! if you’re new to Reformer Pilates we recommend starting with our Beginners class.

Arrive between 5-10 minutes before your class start time. Doors close at stated start time of class.

For safety reasons, we cannot let late customers into the studio. Your credit for the class may be lost.

We recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before attending classes. Please let us know if you are pregnant before your session so we can discuss any necessary modifications and ensure exercises are suitable for your stage of pregnancy.

No, membership credits do not roll over into the following billing period and any unused credits will expire at the end of your membership cycle.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to use your credits due to an emergency, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we may be able to offer a refund or alternative solution.

We have grip socks available to purchase in the studio. Grip socks are mandatory for every session.
